If you are certain of the type of specialist you need to see, or you are currently under treatment by a particular doctor at Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital, you can arrange a pre-booked video consultation. If you have not been a patient with Mediclinic before you should first access the mandatory preregistration form (here) and submit your details. One of our contact centre agents will call you to coordinate the consultation. If you are an existing Mediclinic patient and wish to pre-book a specialist consultation, please call 800 2000.

- Dubai Insurance
- Emirates (specialist consultation only)
- Government of Dubai Medical schemes (SAADA / ENAYA / DUBAI POLICE / DEWA)
- NGI (HealthNet)
- Oman Insurance
- SAICO Health (specialist consultation only)
Any co-payment will be applicable as per your insurance policy. New insurers will be added on an ongoing basis and will be updated here. Payment, where required, can be made by credit or debit card after your consultation via an online link which will be sent to you by email or SMS. No card details will be kept or stored by Mediclinic.
