Your first appointment will consist of a thorough assessment from the consultant orthopaedic specialist.
You may then be referred to physiotherapy in order to begin your treatment and rehabilitation program. Our specialists do not only offer first class treatment for your current injury, but aim to treat any underlying cause helping prevent future injury. Advice can be given on injury prevention, warm up and warm down exercises, early management of acute injury and sports specific muscle training.

After a thorough nutritional assessment, an individualised nutrition program is provided to suit your sport and lifestyle. Also, a detailed analysis of your body composition will be performed with the use of Bioimpedance body analyser.
Its functions include:
- Body composition analysis (weight, muscle mass, body fat percentage and quantity of excess fat)
- Obesity diagnosis
- Segmental analysis of body fat and lean muscle
- Guidance for achieving body composition goals
If deemed appropriate, your consultant may arrange for your to have further investigations to confirm your diagnosis.
