Summary
Noortje studied at the Fontys University in Eindhoven in the Netherlands and received a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and Radiotherapy in 2003. She began her career in 2003 as a Radiotherapy Technologist at Radiotherapiegroup in Arnhem in the East of the Netherlands, where she worked for more than 14 years. She has 19 years' experience as a Radiotherapy Technologist in the Netherlands and in the UAE, where she worked as a Radiation Technologist from 2018 at GICC in Abu Dhabi.

She is interested in the implementation of technological and technique innovations such as Image Guided Radiotherapy (IGRT) and was part of the IGRT team at the RT department in the Netherlands. After two years she became Head of the Radiation Device (LINAC) and was involved in the implementation of the new Record and Verify system (MOSAIQ). She also has experience in implementation of advanced techniques such as IMRT, VMAT, Breath-Hold and SBRT and SRS.

Bachelor of Health Science, MBRT Radiation Oncology and Radiation hygiene level 4a/B
DOH certified and Member of the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO)
