Ryan is a highly experienced sports physiotherapist who has spent over eight years working in professional sport in the UK. Most recently, Ryan was Head Physiotherapist for Worcester Warriors, a team competing in top tier premiership rugby in the UK. In this role Ryan treated a wide range of sports injuries and oversaw the running of the sports medicine department.
Ryan graduated with a postgraduate MSc in Physiotherapy from King's College London in 2012, adding to his previous undergraduate BSc in Sports and Exercise Science. After graduating Ryan gained a variety experience in professional sports including Super League rugby with London Broncos, premiership football academies including Chelsea FC and Norwich FC and premiership rugby with Leicester Tigers. This variety of experience in professional sport has provided Ryan with an in-depth knowledge of a range of sports injuries. Ryan also has previous experience working in Dubai having spent a year working here in a popular sports medicine clinic.
Ryan has a strong rehabilitation focus, with a special interest in knee and shoulder injuries and is currently completing a second master’s degree in Clinical and Sports Biomechanics (expected 2021)
