Our app is very easy to use and it’s free to sign up. You can see all the steps you need to take here.

Yes. You can create an account and start using the app straight away. Some features will only show information once it is linked to care you’ve received from Mediclinic Middle East.

No. You can sign up with UAE Pass or use your email address instead.

UAE Pass gives you a quick, verified way to connect to your Mediclinic Middle East account. It can validate details such as your Emirates ID, mobile number, and email automatically, so there’s less for you to enter manually.

Open the Mediclinic App and choose Sign in with UAE Pass. Enter your UAE Pass PIN, accept the terms and conditions, then follow the prompts to create your Mediclinic App PIN.

You may also be asked if you’d like to update the contact details Mediclinic Middle East holds for you to match your UAE Pass information.

Watch our video on signing in with UAE Pass.

You can update your details in the app where this option is available. If you use UAE Pass, you may also be able to update the contact details Mediclinic Middle East holds for you to match the information in UAE Pass.

You may still be able to use the app while you’re abroad. Some healthcare services may work differently depending on where you are, your residency status, local regulations, and your insurance coverage.

Start by checking that you have the latest version of the app and that any permissions needed for the feature you’re using are switched on.

If you still need help, email Mediclinicapp@Mediclinic.ae or call Mediclinic App support on 800 2026.

You can read our Terms of Use to understand the conditions that apply when using the Mediclinic App, including your rights and responsibilities.
