How it works
Complete the referral form with your patient's details and relevant clinical information. Our team will review the referral and, once complete, contact your patient directly to arrange the next steps. Before their appointment, your patient will need to download the Mediclinic app. They should also bring their Emirates ID or passport and insurance card with them when they attend.
