- Dr Allam graduated from and underwent specialist training at the University of Cairo where he also obtained his PhD. and appointed as an Associate Professor involved in teaching Neurosurgery and Spine surgery for Residents, fellows and MD candidates.
During his 17 years career he has received various trainings in general neurosurgery, Spine and Neuroendoscopy tumours, complex spine, fusion and non- fusion scoliosis surgery( VBT) as well as paediatric neurosurgery from hospitals in Germany, Egypt, Turkey and Switzerland.
Dr Allam started his career in 2004, and has performed in the region of 3,500 major surgeries since then.
Dr Allam is a member of the North American Spine Society and CNS (USA). He has published multiple papers and given peer reviews in learned journals, and has been invited as a faculty and surgical instructor in many conferences and workshops across the globe.
