Dr. Gareth is a consultant in maternal and fetal medicine hailing from the UK originally. He has worked in Abu Dhabi since 2024 and was a key member of the fetal therapy team at Corniche hospital.
He specialises in the management of fetal hearts with recognised expertise in the diagnosis and counselling of structural problems and the diagnosis and management of fetal arrhythmias. He is skilled in fetal therapy and fetal surgery having performed these procedures in his previous jobs. He offers all forms of prenatal diagnostic testing including chorionic villous biopsy, amniocentesis and fetal blood sampling.
He has significant experience in the prevention of preterm birth and offers cervical length assessment and cervical cerclage in appropriate cases.
