Summary
Chris is a UK-trained physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2016 with a BSc in Applied Sports Science. After this, Chris went on to complete his Masters degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Southampton, in 2019.
Chris uses his experience across multiple disciplines to aid in his rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions, gained whilst working within the NHS, private practice and with high level sports people. Chris also uses his foundation of knowledge in sport science and strength and conditioning to bring a data driven approach to his rehabilitation where possible, enhancing the level of patient feedback and the ability to create a collaborative plan for patient’s recovery.
Chris believes in the empowerment of individuals to manage their condition, whilst working collaboratively to achieve their potential. He uses supplemental therapies such as shockwave therapy, dry needling and various soft tissue techniques to optimise a patient’s care in addition to guiding them through personalised exercise rehab programmes.
