Dr. Ahmed practises everyday general paediatrics - check-ups, vaccinations, and advice on children's diet, exercise, and wellbeing - with subspecialty depth in childhood blood disorders and cancer, including early screening so tumours are picked up at the earliest possible stage. He completed his fellowship at the King Hussein Cancer Centre in Jordan, trained further at Georgetown University's Lombardi Cancer Centre in Washington DC, and undertook bone marrow transplantation training in Germany.
