Dr. Ahmed Shehata

Dr. Ahmed specialises in diabetes care, from diagnosis and prevention through to insulin therapy and glucose monitoring, and in thyroid disease including hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and thyroid nodules. He also manages obesity, metabolic syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, and osteoporosis. Much of his work centres on lifestyle change and prevention, tailored to each patient's circumstances. He completed a diabetes diploma at Leicester University and a diabetes management programme at Harvard, alongside a Master's in internal medicine.
