Dr. Ayman performs bariatric, foregut, and oesophageal surgery, including gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, and revision procedures, along with liver, pancreas, and hepatobiliary cancer surgery, working laparoscopically and robotically so patients face smaller incisions and faster recoveries - depth reflected in more than 5,000 operations. A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, he trained in bariatric surgery at the Gundersen Health System and in abdominal transplantation and hepatobiliary oncology at Henry Ford Health System, and serves as an adjunct professor.
