Dr. Barbara provides general and regional anaesthesia for adults and children across bariatric, obstetric and gynaecological, trauma and orthopaedic, urology, colorectal and upper GI, ENT, and maxillofacial surgery, with labour epidurals among her core services. At University Hospital Ayr, she was recognised by the Royal College of Anaesthetists as lead clinician for difficult airway management, served as lead anaesthetist for the bariatric service, and developed enhanced recovery pathways for upper GI and orthopaedic surgery. She trained in Wroclaw with Polish specialist certification.
