Dr. Dima Alnajjar

Dr Dima Alnajjar is a radiologist specialising in breast imaging and interventional breast radiology, with extensive experience in the detection, diagnosis and assessment of breast conditions. She completed her specialised fellowship training in breast imaging at Hamad Medical Corporation in Doha, Qatar, where she developed advanced expertise in diagnostic breast imaging and image-guided interventional procedures. Her clinical expertise encompasses a comprehensive range of breast imaging techniques, including mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI and contrast-enhanced mammography. She is also experienced in performing minimally invasive, image-guided procedures, including breast biopsies, vacuum-assisted biopsies and excisions, and preoperative localisations. These procedures play an important role in the accurate diagnosis and management of breast abnormalities, supporting timely and appropriate treatment decisions. Dr Dima has a particular clinical interest in the early detection of breast cancer, comprehensive breast assessment and screening for women at increased risk of developing breast cancer.
