Dr. Emilio diagnoses and treats drug, food, and respiratory allergy in adults and children, from severe asthma and urticaria managed with biologic therapies to drug desensitisation and oral tolerance induction for food allergy, using skin testing, immunotherapy, and challenge procedures. He completed his residency in allergy and clinical immunology, with a PhD awarded with honours, and serves on the drug hypersensitivity committees of the Spanish Society of Allergology and Clinical Immunology and the World Allergy Organization. His research includes more than 15 peer-reviewed publications.
