Dr. Faeqa provides complex symptom control (pain, nausea, breathlessness, and fatigue) for patients with advanced cancer and other life-limiting illnesses, alongside advance care planning and end of life care. Much of her practice is open, honest communication with patients and families about what matters most, helping them feel involved in decisions in one of life's most difficult periods. Over a 22-year consultant career at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, she was clinical director for specialist services and chaired the Thames Valley Palliative and Support Services Network.
