Dr. Mahmoud Amer

Dr. Mahmoud diagnoses and treats kidney disease at every stage, from acute kidney injury and electrolyte imbalance to chronic and end-stage kidney disease requiring renal replacement therapy, including haemodialysis in its different modes. He also manages diabetic, autoimmune, polycystic, and renovascular kidney disease, hypertension, and urinary tract infections, helping patients understand their condition and take an active part in managing it long term. His clinical experience spans Egypt, Kuwait, and the UAE, and he is a member of the European Renal Association (ERA-EDTA).
