About

Prof. Mahmoud treats the full range of blood disorders, from anaemias, bleeding disorders, and thrombosis to acute and chronic leukaemias, lymphoma, myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome, and myeloproliferative disorders, with over 30 years' experience in haematology. He trained at Heartlands Hospital in Birmingham and the John Radcliffe and Churchill hospitals in Oxford, heads the academic department of medicine at Dubai Medical College, runs undergraduate and postgraduate haematology training, and examines externally for the Royal College of Physicians.
