Dr. Mouhammed Barr Ali

Dr. Mouhammed treats the full range of blood conditions, from anaemia, clotting, and bleeding disorders through to blood cancers including leukaemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's, and multiple myeloma. He has an interest in myeloproliferative neoplasms, a group of cancers where bone marrow makes too many blood cells. His PhD was in stem cell transplantation, used to treat some leukaemias and lymphomas by replacing damaged bone marrow, and it remains a regular part of his clinical work. Haematology moves quickly, and he stays close to developments through the European Hematology Association.
