About

Dr. Prashant treats glaucoma, his particular specialist interest, alongside cataract surgery and diseases of the cornea and conjunctiva. He completed a glaucoma fellowship at the L.V. Prasad Eye Institute in Hyderabad and a surgical fellowship in phacoemulsification at the Rotterdam Eye Hospital in the Netherlands. He was one of the first two doctors worldwide to receive the American Academy of Ophthalmology's International Ophthalmologist Education Award, followed by its International Ophthalmologist Scholar Award, and lectures and reviews for international scientific bodies.
