Dr. Preshun Chetty

Dr. Preshun performs coronary artery surgery, including arterial revascularisation, where the body's own arteries are used to bypass blockages, and heart valve surgery including TAVI, where a faulty aortic valve is replaced without opening the chest. He also operates across the chest more broadly, with thoracic aortic surgery for conditions of the body's largest artery, and lung surgery including trauma cases. He qualified as a cardiothoracic surgeon in Pretoria in 2005 and built a private cardiothoracic surgical practice in South Africa over 17 years.
