Dr. Reham Helal Ammar

Dr. Reham treats depression, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, eating disorders, addiction, stress, and adult ADHD, and offers family, marital, and bariatric psychology support. Rather than working to one fixed method, she draws on cognitive and dialectical behaviour therapies, acceptance and commitment therapy, interpersonal therapy, and mindfulness, matching the therapy to the person. Her advanced training includes the Beck Institute for cognitive behavioural therapy and the Linehan Institute for dialectical behaviour therapy. She has also written a book on breathing techniques.
