Dr. Sara performs minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery for benign and malignant colorectal disease, including organ-preserving surgery for low rectal cancer (TAMIS and TaTME), complex hernia repair, and proctology, with minimally invasive techniques for pilonidal disease and complex anal fistulas. She also leads multidisciplinary pelvic floor care, with assessment, anorectal manometry, and transanal ultrasound. She trained at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, is German board certified in visceral surgery, and completed a colorectal fellowship across Germany and London.
