Dr. Vimal Kumar Kuppusamy

Dr. Vimal works across general, obstetric, paediatric, and high-risk surgical anaesthesia, from day-case procedures through to complex operations. He focuses on regional and neuraxial anaesthesia, using epidurals and targeted nerve blocks in place of a full general anaesthetic where appropriate. He assesses and optimises high-risk patients before surgery and uses multimodal pain management to keep recovery as comfortable as possible. He holds a DNB in Anaesthesia and post-doctoral certification in cardiac anaesthesia.
