Kornelia Zareba is a consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with 18 years of experience in the field. She has served as an assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at United Arab Emirates University, CMHS, UAE since 2022, and as a consultant specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Tawam Hospital in Al Ain, UAE. Prior to joining Mediclinic, she spent 15 years at the 1st Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Center of Postgraduate Medical Education in Warsaw, Poland, and worked in various outpatient clinics throughout Warsaw.
Her clinical expertise integrates obstetrics and gynecology with endocrinology and sexual health. Throughout her practice, she has been involved in infertility, andrology, paediatric and adolescent gynaecology, congenital abnormalities, menopause, menstrual dysfunctions, sexual dysfunctions, and family planning. Her primary focus includes the endocrine and psychological mechanisms of sexuality, as well as the psychosocial aspects of pregnancy, with particular emphasis on postpartum depression. Additionally, she has worked in outpatient clinics that target a variety of areas, including beauty and anti-ageing, obesity, acne and hair loss treatment. Over the past 15 years, she has served in tertiary fetomaternal hospitals, where she managed complex pregnancy cases as an on-call consultant.
