Dr. Aagje manages normal and high-risk pregnancies and treats premalignant diseases of the cervix and vulva, alongside gynaecological oncology, menopause, adolescent gynaecology, and fertility and early pregnancy care. She trained at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, where her PhD won several international prizes, and has more than 50 publications and presentations in peer-reviewed scientific journals. She sits on the Netherlands' highest medical advisory committee, reporting to the Ministry of Health, and is vice-president of the Dutch National Cervix Committee.
