About

Curt rehabilitates sports and orthopaedic injuries, from acute injury and tendon problems to pain management and training load programming, integrating strength and conditioning principles and performance testing so athletes and active patients return to sport stronger. He has worked with elite athletes and professional teams in South Africa, including Golden Arrows and Royal Eagles in football and The Sharks in rugby, is certified in strength and conditioning, and is pursuing a PhD in physiotherapy with research based at Mediclinic Perform.
