Dr. Ezzeldin Khalaf

Dr. Ezzeldin treats conditions affecting the bladder, urinary tract, and male reproductive system. His work centres on minimally invasive techniques - treating kidney and bladder stones with shockwave therapy, ureteroscopy, and laser, alongside prostate procedures and treatment for narrowed urethras - with quicker recovery than open surgery. For bladder conditions, he uses narrow band imaging, a technique that improves the detection of tumours. He spent 18 years at Mafraq Hospital and Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, and is a member of the European Association of Urology.
