Heather Ramsay

Heather works with patients on musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation, with extensive experience in both acute and chronic conditions. Her approach combines manual therapy with exercise prescription and individualised rehabilitation programmes, focused on reducing pain, improving movement, and restoring function. Her practice takes a longer view: alongside hands-on treatment, much of her work is patient education, injury prevention, and long-term management strategies that help patients return safely to their daily activities, work, or sport.
