With more than 25 years of clinical experience, I am a dedicated Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation, with extensive experience in the assessment and management of sports injuries, post operative conditions and a wide reange of musculoskeletal disorders. My approach is patient-centered and evidence-based, combining clinical assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, dry needling, and other appropriate treatment techniques to reduce pain, restore movement and function, and support patients in returning to their daily and physical activities. I also have a special interest in pelvic/women's health, including pelvic floor rehabilitation. I am committed to providing individualized high-quality care and empowering patients with the knowledge and strategies needed for long-term recovery and optimal physical function.
