Relly Mary Thomas

Relly works with patients on spine disc disorders, shoulder, hip, knee, and foot injuries (including fractures), sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Alongside therapeutic exercise, she uses a range of hands-on techniques including orthopaedic manual therapy, dry needling, dry cupping, and the Mulligan method, which combines joint mobilisation with the patient's own movement. She holds a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy and a Master's in Hospital Care Management.
