Dr. Sandra follows women through every stage of life, from puberty to menopause, caring for normal and high-risk pregnancies, including preterm labour, and managing conditions from irregular or painful periods and heavy bleeding to recurrent miscarriage, recurrent vaginal and urinary infections, infertility, and menopause symptoms. She performs operative vaginal deliveries and primary and repeat caesarean sections, alongside colposcopy for abnormal smear results and breast screening, and supports new mothers with breastfeeding. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
