Shazia Meraj

Shazia works with patients on complex case management and neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation: back and neck pain, joint dysfunction, sports injuries, degenerative conditions, and mobility limitations, helping people move with confidence and return to what matters to them. Her practice combines manual therapy with exercise prescription, posture and movement retraining, and patient education. Her career spans India and the UK, including one of the UK's leading neuro-rehabilitation centres, where she also worked as a clinical educator and led falls-prevention programmes.
