- Nargis is a UAE-trained physiotherapist with almost 10 years of experience working in some of Dubai’s leading private hospitals. She specialises in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, with a particular focus on knee and shoulder rehabilitation, as well as post-operative recovery.
Nargis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Master’s in Public Health and Research from Gulf Medical University, Ajman. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, and she is committed to delivering holistic, patient-centred care that supports long-term recovery and wellbeing.
Beyond the clinic, Nargis has a strong passion for ergonomic training and has led numerous wellness and posture-focused programmes for corporate organisations across Dubai, helping employees improve their workplace health and prevent injury.
