Dr Pagoni (Nitsa) Ladikos is a UK-trained Paediatric Specialist experienced in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic paediatric conditions. She graduated from Leicester Medical School in the United Kingdom and completed her Paediatric specialist training in London. She is on the General Medical Council (GMC) register in the UK, a member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) and has attained her Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Paediatrics.

Dr Nitsa has eight years of paediatric experience working in various National Health Service (NHS) hospitals, including centres of clinical excellence such as St Mary’s Hospital and Chelsea & Westminster in London and The Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham. She has a broad range of experience which includes practising in the following paediatric settings: General Outpatient clinics, Emergency Medicine, Inpatient wards, Neonatology, Community Child Health, Nephrology and Neurology. She also was an Advanced Paediatric Life Support (APLS) and Neonatal Life Support (NLS) Instructor in the UK.

Dr Nitsa is passionate about quality improvement and has completed quality improvement projects focusing on improving patient care and experience. She completed the Programme for Integrated Child Health in London, a one-year programme alongside clinical work, which focuses on how to provide integrated child health care and improving patient experience. Patient-centered care is important to her and her goal is to contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of the children and young people that she cares for.
