About

Conall delivers musculoskeletal rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention for athletic populations from youth through to elite level. His focus is on evidence-based rehabilitation and performance planning, helping athletes recover, move better, and perform confidently. He has over five years' experience in sports rehabilitation, return to play, and performance across Ireland, the UK, New Zealand, and the UAE, and holds a BSc in Athletic Therapy from Dublin City University.
