Dr. Janaki cares for women through pregnancy and routine obstetric care, and treats gynaecological conditions using minimally invasive approaches including laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and colposcopy, supporting women from routine care through to complex conditions across every stage of life. She trained at the Royal Oldham Hospital and in Glasgow at the Southern General and Royal Alexandra Hospitals, played an active role in establishing hormone replacement therapy and family planning services, and is an adjunct professor at MBRU in Dubai.
