Karen Swanepoel

Karen treats the pelvic health conditions many women live with quietly for years, including urinary incontinence and diastasis recti (the abdominal separation that often follows pregnancy), and supports wellness through pregnancy and the postpartum period. She has been part of the South African My Sexual Health clinical team since 2011 and lectures CPD-accredited courses on pregnancy exercise and postpartum rehabilitation. She also treats musculoskeletal conditions, including headache, neck, back, and shoulder pain, and holds an additional qualification in orthopaedic manual therapy.
