Dr Mudhar is an accomplished urologist with over 18 years of experience. Between 2012 and 2020, he was affiliated with Danderyds University Hospital and the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden. He earned his medical degree from the College of Medicine at Baghdad University and completed his urology training at Karolinska University Hospital in 2010. From 2012 to 2017, he served as Head of the Department of Urology at Danderyds Hospital and the Karolinska Institute. Dr Mudhar is currently the Head of Urology at Mediclinic City Hospital and an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor of Urology at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU). With extensive expertise as an endo-urologist and robotic surgeon, Dr Mudhar specialises in the treatment of conditions such as kidney stones, bladder tumours, prostate and kidney cancers through robotic surgery, as well as robotic reconstructive surgery for ureteric strictures in both adults and children. He has successfully performed more than 750 robotic procedures.
