Ziada focuses on rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery and sports injury: ACL and meniscus recovery, shoulder impingement and frozen shoulder, foot and ankle sprains and tendonitis, and low back and neck pain, including the repetitive strain injuries of work and sport. She has practised musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy at Mediclinic Middle East since 2017. Alongside her physiotherapy degree she holds a BA in sports medicine, and as a former international swimmer for South Africa she knows return to sport from the athlete's side as well as the clinician's.
