- A UK-trained physiotherapist, graduating from the University of Hertfordshire in 2007; since gaining extensive experience in both private and public sectors within the UK and Dubai.
Kelly treats a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions, using techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling, soft tissue release and exercise prescription. Her treatment approach blends hands on, evidence-based treatments with a personalised approach, empowering patients to understand their bodies and take an active role in their recovery.
Beyond her musculoskeletal role, Kelly has expanded her practice to include women’s health physiotherapy, supporting women through pregnancy, post-natal recovery and pelvic health concerns. Developing expertise in women’s health alongside musculoskeletal physiotherapy, allows her to offer comprehensive care, with a particular passion for helping women return to the activities they love, with strength and confidence.
