IFHAS
Preventive health screening for eligible Emirati adults in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, with checks tailored by age and sex and follow-up through primary care.

Screening that looks beyond today’s symptoms
IFHAS is a health screening initiative launched by Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre (ADPHC) to help detect chronic diseases and cancers earlier and support ongoing health management.
Screening is delivered through family medicine and primary care teams. Rather than using one fixed set of tests for everyone, the programme adjusts what is included as health risks change with age.
Who IFHAS is for
IFHAS is for Emirati adults aged 18 to 75 with Thiqa insurance and is required as part of Thiqa policy renewal. Screening is available through Mediclinic Middle East primary care clinics and hospitals.
