Support through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause, with a holistic, evidence-based approach delivered by a multi-skilled team across the UAE.

What is menopause?
Menopause is the point in a woman’s life when her monthly periods stop due to a drop in hormones. It generally happens around the age of 50, but can occur as early as 45 and as late as 55. It can also be brought on prematurely by surgery or by treatments for other conditions such as cancer.
The three stages of menopause
Menopause happens in three stages: perimenopause, which starts in a woman’s early 40s; menopause, which happens once a woman has not had a monthly period for 12 months; and post-menopause, which lasts for the rest of a woman’s life.
