Choosing the right cosmetic treatment

Choosing a cosmetic procedure is personal. A specialist consultation gives you the opportunity to discuss what you would like to change, understand the available options, and get straightforward advice about which treatment may be appropriate and what results you can expect.

Mediclinic Middle East provides surgical and non-surgical cosmetic care across several facilities. Information is treated confidentially, with sensitivity and respect.

Cosmetic gynaecology and intimate health

Ageing, childbirth, and hormonal changes can affect the appearance and function of the intimate area. Cosmetic gynaecology services include:

  • O-shot
  • G-shot
  • FEM-shot
  • Filler injections for the labia
  • Botox for vaginismus
  • Labiaplasty
  • Vaginal tightening

These treatments may be discussed for concerns including urinary incontinence, reduced stimulation or low libido, pain during intercourse, and vaginal lubrication.

Surgical cosmetic treatments

Our surgical cosmetic procedures include:

  • Face lift for loose facial and neck tissues, wrinkles, and jowls
  • Upper and lower blepharoplasty for heavy eyelids, under-eye bags, and wrinkles around the eyes
  • Brow lift for loose skin and forehead wrinkles
  • Neck lift to improve definition around the chin and jawline
  • Otoplasty to reshape prominent or unusually shaped ears
  • Rhinoplasty to change the size or shape of the nose and, in selected cases, address breathing difficulties
  • Liposculpture or liposuction for stubborn or excess areas of fat
  • Vaginoplasty to tighten the vagina
  • Labiaplasty to reshape the labia minora where size or shape causes functional discomfort or aesthetic concern
  • Fat transfer to the labia majora, combined with a small amount of liposuction
  • Treatment for varicose veins to reduce their appearance

Non-surgical treatments

Non-surgical cosmetic options include:

  • Botox for lines and wrinkles and excessive underarm sweating
  • Dermal fillers for facial lines, folds, sunken areas, lip definition, and cheek definition. Filler results are described as lasting approximately six to eight months
  • Chemical peels to improve skin texture and tone and reduce fine lines, usually through a series of peels
  • Mesotherapy for concerns including face, neck, and under-eye rejuvenation, cellulite, and hair thinning. The treatment uses hyaluronic acid injected into the middle layer of the skin
  • Microdermabrasion for fine wrinkles, enlarged pores, ageing changes, and superficial scars
  • Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for facial and skin rejuvenation, using platelets from your own blood to support new cell growth
  • Thread lift using temporary sutures to lift and tighten the skin and support collagen production. Threads may also reduce the appearance of some acne scars
  • Injectable treatment for fullness under the chin, which may require several sessions
  • Laser hair removal

Beauty therapist services

Beauty therapy can include facial and body massage and treatments, spa therapy, reflexology, aromatherapy, and facial or body hair removal through waxing or laser treatment.

Aesthetic skin care treatments are available through beauty therapist services at selected Mediclinic Middle East facilities.
