- Dr Bobby Prasad is an award winning Ivy League and London-trained consultant gastroenterologist specialising in endoscopy, colonoscopy, gastroenterology and general hepatology, including, IBS, abdominal pain, cancer screening, pancreas and biliary disease, obesity, inflammatory bowel disease, reflux, bleeding, diarrhoea and abnormal liver function. He has over 25 years’ experience in gastroenterology.
Dr Prasad was a consultant gastroenterologist at the Mayo Clinic. Prior to this he was a consultant gastroenterologist at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, supporting the Royal Brompton Hospital and the Royal Marsden Hospitals in London and was an Attending Physician in Gastroenterology at Yale New Haven Hospital, USA. He completed Advanced Endoscopy Fellowships at Yale School of Medicine, USA where he was also on faculty, and in therapeutic endoscopy and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) at the Digestive Disease Center at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, USA. He trained at St Thomas' Hospital in London and Boston University, USA.
