Jane qualified with a BSC (Hons) Physiotherapy degree from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland. Following graduation Jane worked for the National Health Service (NHS) in Scotland, obtaining experience in a wide variety of clinical settings before moving towards her career in paediatrics. Jane is registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC) UK.
Working in one of the largest children’s hospitals in Scotland provided Jane with extensive experience in treating children with orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, neurology, spinal, cardiorespiratory, burns & plastics and oncology conditions. Jane has worked in schools and nurseries for children with complex medical and physical needs. She has a wide knowledge of available equipment and positioning devices to promote 24 hour postural management. Jane has a particular expertise and interest in infant development, early intervention and neurological disorders. Jane prides herself in building strong therapeutic relationships with her patients, always putting the children and families at the centre of their therapy.
