- Dr. Mohammed Alhamiri is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a subspecialty focus on sports injuries and arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and knee.
He graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) and completed his basic and higher orthopaedic training in Ireland, including training at St. James’s Hospital and Beaumont Hospital, Dublin.
Dr. Alhamiri then pursued advanced fellowship training in Germany, where he trained and worked in close collaboration with some of Europe’s most respected orthopaedic sports surgeons. His training included Klinikum Bogenhausen and the Orthopaedic Center Munich (OMZ), internationally renowned centres for shoulder and knee sports surgery.
During his fellowship years, Dr. Alhamiri was actively involved in the treatment of professional athletes, particularly footballers and competitive skiers, gaining extensive experience in complex sports-related injuries.
He holds German Board Certification in Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery, awarded by the Bavarian Medical Association.
His clinical expertise includes minimally invasive arthroscopic procedures, with a special interest in shoulder and knee arthroscopy.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Alhamiri has been involved in medical education and served as a clinical trainer for medical students at Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU), Munich.
