Summary
Yasmine a licensed clinical dietitian, with more than 15 years of experience, graduated with a master’s degree in food technology in 2006 and a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2003 from the American
University of Beirut (A.U.B.).
In 2008, she played an vital role in the establishment and growth of one of the
first diet centers in Dubai.
From 2020-2023, she was part of a multi-specialty and multi-award winning
clinic located in Dubai Healthcare city specialized in pediatrics.
From 2023-2025, Ms. Haddad has joined a leading medical facility in mental health and neurology operating since 2008 across the UAE whereby she was exposed to a lot of challenging cases and worked alongside a multidisciplinary team.
She also regularly appears on major live broadcasts and public health forums
as a subject matter expert on the topics of nutrition awareness most notably the International Pediatric Medical Congress (IPMC) and the Middle Eastern Alliance of Parental and Enteral Nutrition Congress (MEAPEN) held in Dubai.
In May 2025, she joined the Mediclinic Middle East team at City hospital based in Dubai Healthcare city (DHCC) whereby she applies her extensive knowledge and evidence based approach in therapeutic nutrition for continuous inpatient and outpatient care.
