- Redmond is a results-driven physiotherapist who is passionate about helping patients recover from injury, improve movement, and return to the activities they love. He graduated with honours from University College Dublin and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has also completed a Higher Diploma in Football Medicine with FIFA. Before joining Mediclinic City Hospital, Redmond has gained valuable experience across several reputable healthcare settings, such as Mediclinic Parkview Hospital and the Emirates Airlines Clinic. His clinical interests include shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle pain; acute sports injuries; neck and lower back pain; complex musculoskeletal pain; and pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, including ACL reconstruction recovery. Redmond combines hands-on therapy with active rehabilitation to deliver fast and effective results. His skills include advanced manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, joint manipulation, kinesiotaping, and Neurokinetic Therapy (Advanced Level 3). He also specialises in exercise prescription, strength development, and sport-specific conditioning programmes. Redmond's patient-centred approach blends empathy, education, and movement-based therapy to relieve pain, promote recovery, and restore confidence in every patient.
