Dr Iraj Ahmadi is fully qualified specialist plastic and reconstructive surgeon from Melbourne, Australia. After graduating from Monash University medical school in 2009, he pursued his passion through a career in surgery and after completing a rigorous selection and training process, was awarded recognition as a fellow of the prestigious Royal Australian College of Surgeons in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr Iraj's further training has involved completing a Master of Surgery from the University of Sydney, his dissertation looking at improving the surgical outcomes of complex microsurgical procedures for cancer and trauma reconstruction. He has maintained his professional development not only presenting ongoing research at international meetings and conferences but also teaching anatomy at the University of Melbourne and being a supervisor for surgeons in training.

Dr. Iraj has a passion for all aspects of plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery and enjoys having a broad scope of practice. He has worked as a consultant plastic surgeon at tertiary hospitals in Australia performing complex head/neck and breast cancer reconstruction as well as general plastic and hand surgery. He has also completed further aesthetic surgery training with eminent surgeons in Australia to provide an extensive range of procedures for his patients.
